Why do we give tips for, anyway? When we pay for a meal at the restaurant aren't we also paying for the services of the waiter or waitress? I find no reason to pay an extra tip. It is only fair to tip when the waiter or waitress has done something extra. If they were to clean up the mess on the floor from me dropping my dinner, then they should get a tip. It isn't their job to clean but they did clean it. Most of the waiters and waitresses don't know how to wait. They are not very polite. They get no tip. No reason to support their rudeness. Why do we tip so much? We don't even pay that much for sales tax. Next time when you need to tip, give them what they deserve. Nothing.
