Communication works in two directions. You need a speaker and a listener. Between these two is a third component: implications. Implications, itself, is divided in two. The speaker can give an implication and a listener can receive an implication. Although it's in the same conversation, it may not be the same implication. A speaker might not imply anything but the listener still receives something implied. On the other hand, a speaker may imply something that a listener might never receive. Therefore, it is important that the speaker and listener coincide with their conversation. It is not good to be quick and judge what a speaker may imply since no implication may exist. It is also bad to not pay enough attention to get an implication that is there. Be careful of what you say, but more importantly, be careful of what you hear.
