The best of fish and chips.
Fish and chips can easier be done badly. Often it is too greasy. The best fish and chips belong to Andria's Seafood Restaurant and Market in the Ventura Harbor. The prices are good considering it's at the harbor where there are a lot of tourists. They use angel shark which makes for very good fish and chips. It has the texture of crab but the taste of fish. The meat is quite firm and will not flake and break apart when you eat it. It comes with all your favorite dips including a homemade tartar sauce and a cocktail sauce that has horseradish. The fish and chips still make my mouth water.
