One day during the lunch period in high school, someone decided to smoke some marijuana in the classroom while the teacher was gone. I remember that smell. It's very distinct. It was also very sweet. Nothing like cigarettes. I thought it was such a pleasant smell. I think people should make marijuana scented air fresheners. Maybe something in a spray can or one of those air fresheners people hang in their cars. But the best idea is the scented candles. Then when you light them, you get the sweet marijuana smell and the slightly burnt smell from the flaming wick.

I see these animal radicals on the news sometimes freeing lobsters. They go to grocery stores to purchase lobsters and take a boat out to the middle of the ocean and let them free. They sure love animals. But why stop there? Let's free all imprisoned animals. Free the rabbits that are trapped in their little cages so they can roam and populate the fields and meadows. Tell the farmer to tare down this barbed wired fenced so the cows can graze wherever it chooses. Cut the leashes of dogs so they can wander the city streets. Pour your salt water fish into the sewers since all drains lead to ocean. Let freedom ring!!!

Thrifty Drugs. Payless Drugs. Sav-On Drugs. These are all clever names. They like to show how much money you can save by purchasing drugs from them. But these are not for me. Thrifty? Payless? Sav-On? I don't want cheap drugs. I want quality drugs. I want nothing but the good stuff. No use wasting time on imitations. Give it to me full blast. If I'm going to use drugs, nothing but the best for me.

I've always considered voting to be something everyone should take part in. Today, I like to rethink that idea. George W. Bush is president. Arnold Schwarzenegger is my governor. With the elected officials we have today, maybe not everyone should vote.

Chinese New Year just passed a few weeks ago. With the word Chinese in the title it seems so nationalistic. We are actually celebrating the lunar new year. I propose a name change. Chinese New Year should be simply known as New Year. What about our current new year? Wouldn't people get confused? Sure they will. New Year will now be called the World's New Year. It doesn't belong to a specific group. Instead, it belongs to the world and everyone in it.
